Justin began his property investment journey in 2015 at the young age of 23 years old. Between then and now, he has increased his portfolio to over 20 properties with a portfolio worth in excess of $10m and he's just getting started.
Justin’s property investment strategy comes down to purchasing properties with strong rental yields, buying below market value, and in areas with strong capital growth - in Metro locations. He started utilising a buyers agent early on in his journey to source the right properties for his portfolio, which has proved to hugely fast-track the success of his portfolio.
